One More Down..................

And lots more to go! LOL! Hello, I hope you are having a lovely Valentine's Day? My husband gave me a beautiful card and has been extra nice all day. I am so thankful for him. He supports all of my habbits, Good and Bad! LOL!

Okay, now on to the real reason I'm blogging tonight. I have lost one more pound! WooHoo! I was a little discouraged at first, but our Weight Watcher's leader put a little more perspective on things. She told me that I didn't gain it all over night, so therefore I won't be losing it over night either. She looked at my meal tracker and gave me a few tips. I also know that I've got to start moving, so my challenge this week is to start doing something. Walk, rake the yard or even playing with the grandchildren will help. I may even check out the YMCA's rates and if they are not too expensive, I'll start going there for even more motivation.

I also need to get more of the free fruits and vegetable in me. I bought this cookbook to help me with that, so I hope I'll lose a couple more pounds next week.

I sure am thankful you are taking this journey with me. It helps to know that I may be helping somebody along the way.
